Site Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Site Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing technology deployments, network infrastructure setup, and biometric system operations across multiple sites. This role ensures the efficient implementation, maintenance, and performance of technology systems while maintaining operational continuity, service quality, and compliance with established company standards. The position requires strong experience in multi-site operations management, technology implementation, project coordination, and troubleshooting. The Site Operations Manager will lead site personnel, coordinate with technical teams and external service providers, and ensure that all deployments and operational activities are completed within agreed timelines and service-level requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Site Operations Management

• Oversee daily site operations and technology-related activities across multiple locations.
• Ensure consistent implementation of operational procedures, service standards, and company policies across all sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and operational assessments to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, field technicians, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor site performance, prepare operational reports, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

2. Technology Deployment and Implementation

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee technology deployments, installations, upgrades, and commissioning across multiple sites.
• Ensure timely delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and acceptance of deployed equipment and systems.
• Develop deployment plans, schedules, resource requirements, and implementation checklists.
• Coordinate with project teams, IT personnel, suppliers, and contractors to resolve deployment issues.
• Ensure all deployments comply with approved technical specifications, safety requirements, and operational standards.

3. Network Setup and Infrastructure Management

• Supervise network setup, configuration, testing, and maintenance activities at designated sites.
• Coordinate the installation and troubleshooting of routers, switches, connectivity equipment, and related network infrastructure.
• Monitor network availability, connectivity, and performance across all operational sites.
• Work with IT infrastructure and service providers to resolve network outages and recurring technical issues. *
• Ensure accurate documentation of network configurations, site connectivity, equipment inventory, and infrastructure changes.

4. Biometric System Operations

• Oversee the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of biometric systems, including fingerprint, facial recognition, and attendance-related solutions, as applicable.
• Ensure biometric devices are operational, properly synchronized, and integrated with relevant systems.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, repairs, replacements, software updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor system availability, data accuracy, and synchronization issues.
• Ensure biometric data is handled securely and in accordance with company policies and applicable data privacy requirements.

5. Technical Support and Incident Management

• Manage the escalation and resolution of site-related technical incidents and operational disruptions.
• Establish procedures for incident reporting, prioritization, escalation, and resolution.
• Coordinate with technical support, network administrators, software teams, and third-party providers.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring incidents.
• Monitor compliance with agreed service-level agreements (SLAs) and response and resolution targets.

6. Project and Resource Management

• Manage deployment schedules, budgets, manpower allocation, equipment availability, and project deliverables.
• Track project milestones, identify implementation risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Prepare project status reports, operational dashboards, and management updates.
• Coordinate training and knowledge transfer for site personnel following technology deployment.
• Ensure proper turnover of completed projects to operations and support teams.

7. Team Leadership and Process Improvement

• Lead, supervise, and develop site operations personnel and field technical teams.
• Establish performance objectives and monitor individual and team productivity.
• Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and site management processes.
• Promote accountability, safety awareness, and continuous improvement.
• Recommend technology and process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing technology deployments, network setup, and biometric system operations across multiple sites.
• Must possess a recognized technology, IT service management, or project management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL certification, Certified Technology Manager (CTM), or an equivalent relevant certification.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-site technology installations, system commissioning, and operational support.
• Working knowledge of network infrastructure, connectivity troubleshooting, hardware installation, and system integration.
• Experience managing biometric devices and related software platforms.
• Strong project planning, vendor coordination, documentation, and incident management skills.
• Proven ability to supervise technical teams and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to various operational sites as required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
