Job Description: SAP PM
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP PM/EAM as Consultant, with a strong background in plant maintenance, asset management, and maintenance planning.
Experience in full-cycle SAP PM/EAM implementation (from blueprinting to go-live).
Strong knowledge of SAP PM/EAM configuration, including master data, maintenance plans, work orders, notifications, and reporting.
Familiarity with both GUI and FIORI versions of SAP S/4HANA
Experience with SAP integration points to other modules (MM, PS, CO, etc.).
Understanding of the technical aspects of plant maintenance, such as equipment hierarchies, downtime analysis, and PM order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP EAM Implementation & Configuration:
Lead and support the implementation and configuration of SAP EAM modules according to business and internal product development needs.
Perform requirement analysis and gather business requirements to translate them into SAP EAM system configuration and design.
Configure SAP EAM nodes to optimize asset lifecycle, maintenance scheduling, and spare parts management.
Assist in the integration of SAP EAM with other SAP modules like SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling), and SAP WM (Warehouse Management).
Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support for the SAP EAM system, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems related to EAM functionalities.
Work with end users to identify and address issues or improvements in EAM workflows and processes.
Training & Knowledge Transfer:
Provide training and guidance to business users on SAP EAM processes and best practices.
Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for EAM modules.
System Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
Monitor SAP EAM performance and propose enhancements for system optimization.
Identify and implement process improvements for asset management, maintenance execution, and reporting.
Data Management & Reporting:
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the SAP EAM system, particularly related to asset master data, maintenance plans, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Develop and maintain reports using SAP standard tools (e.g., SAP Query, SAP Fiori, etc.) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as equipment downtime, maintenance costs, and asset availability.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with business stakeholders (e.g., maintenance teams, procurement, operations, and finance) to understand requirements and deliver SAP EAM solutions that address business needs.
Coordinate with IT teams for system upgrades, patches, and performance optimizations.
System Testing & Validation:
Participate in testing of system configurations, new releases, and enhancements to ensure proper functionality.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews.
