Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our Banking & Financial Services team. The candidate will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand banking processes, gather business requirements, analyze data, and support ongoing banking technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Understand basic banking processes, including account opening, deposits, loans, payments, and transactions.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Work with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
- Assist with data analysis, validation, and reporting using MS Excel and basic SQL.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case preparation, and defect tracking.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Banking & Financial Services.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn banking applications and business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship or academic project experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
