Pattons is looking for a dynamic and proactive Assistant Project Manager / Site Coordinator to join our existing team.
This role would suit someone who enjoys a combination of hands-on work, site coordination, and project planning. While you will support the Project Manager with administration and project coordination, the position will also involve regularly working on the tools, assisting the site team, and helping deliver projects in the field.
We are looking for someone who can fit into an existing team while making the role their own. You will be encouraged to bring your own ideas, improve processes, and help create more efficient ways of working.
You will support the Project Manager when required, but will also be expected to visit sites, identify what is required, assist with the work, and take ownership of your own workflow. You will be supported throughout the role as you develop your technical, site management, and project coordination skills.
This is a varied role involving work on the tools, site preparation, project execution, job planning, procurement, client communication, and team support. The balance between hands-on work and coordination will vary depending on the requirements of each project.
You will need to be comfortable wearing many hats and adapting to the needs of the job, the site team, and other internal departments within Pattons.
