YOTEL Kuala Lumpur City Center
YOTEL Kuala Lumpur, our first hotel in Malaysia, will be situated in the capital’s Central Business District. Featuring 300 rooms, the hotel will showcase YOTEL’s latest features including the brand’s signature robotic concierge, motorised SmartBeds™, and fully integrated technologies for which YOTEL is known.
Guests will have access to the brand’s multi-functional dining and co-working space – a 24-hour fitness centre, a Grab + Go snack station, and meeting hubs that can be used to network and relax. Guests, visitors of the hotel and locals will also have access to a rooftop pool and bar offering views of the city skyline.
About the role
You will be responsible for supporting the F&B Manager in running a busy, high-quality food and beverage operation, making sure every guest enjoys great food, friendly service and a memorable dining experience. From leading the team on the floor and managing daily service to controlling costs, maintaining standards and stepping up in the manager's absence, you will play an important role in creating a restaurant that guests love to return to and a team that enjoys working together.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced F&B supervisor or assistant manager who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow their leadership skills towards a Restaurant Manager role.
