Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Associate Director of Agency Relations to lead our efforts in building and nurturing strong partnerships with our agency networks. In this pivotal role, you will drive collaboration, enhance agency engagement, and develop innovative strategies to expand our reach within the B2B (business-to-business) landscape. Your leadership will ensure our agency partnerships align with organizational goals, foster mutual growth, and deliver exceptional value. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive agency relationship strategies that support organizational growth and market expansion.
- Manage a portfolio of agency partners, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives through regular communication and performance reviews.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with agencies to establish clear expectations and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track engagement metrics, analyze partnership performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, and analytics—to optimize agency outreach campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide leadership to a team of account managers or relationship specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and agency feedback to inform strategic decision-making and identify new partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven management experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment with a focus on relationship building and strategic planning.
- Have worked at a major media agency such as WPP or Publicis
- Strong background in B2B sales or agency management, with demonstrated success in developing long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) platforms for data tracking and analysis.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret complex data sets, assess performance metrics, and derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams, driving results, and managing change effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels clearly and confidently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.

Pay: £45,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
