Delivery Coordinator (Night Shift)
Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Delivery Coordinator to join our Night Shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating delivery schedules, assigning delivery locations, monitoring delivery progress, and ensuring smooth communication between dispatch teams, delivery personnel, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assign delivery routes and locations to delivery personnel.
- Monitor delivery status and ensure timely completion of assigned deliveries.
- Communicate with delivery drivers regarding route updates and schedule changes.
- Handle delivery-related issues and coordinate quick resolutions.
- Update delivery records and maintain accurate tracking information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order dispatch and delivery.
- Follow up on delayed or pending deliveries.
- Prepare daily delivery reports and update management on delivery performance.
- Ensure proper documentation of completed deliveries.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and delivery teams.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in logistics, dispatch, customer support, or operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
