**We are a growing serviced accommodation business looking for a driven, hands\-on Operations \& Business Manager to join our team. This is a dual\-function role that combines office\-based business management with active on\-site property oversight.**
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing daily operations, supporting marketing activity, analysing business performance, and regularly visiting properties to ensure high standards are maintained across the business.
**Key Responsibilities**
\-Oversee day\-to\-day business operations and ensure efficiency across all departments
\-Manage and monitor serviced accommodation properties to maintain high operational standards
\-Conduct regular property visits to inspect standards, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction
\-Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
\-Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, cleaners, maintenance teams, and property staff
\-Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and identify areas for improvement
\-Support business growth through planning, process improvement, and operational development
\-Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
\-Handle operational issues quickly and professionally
\-Be available for occasional weekend duties when required
**Requirements**
\-Previous experience in hospitality, serviced accommodation, property management, or a similar sector is essential
\-Willingness and ability to travel to properties as part of the role
\-Strong organisational and problem\-solving skills
\-Good communication and interpersonal skills
\-Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
\-Marketing knowledge or experience would be beneficial
\-Flexible approach to working hours when business needs require
\-Professional, reliable, and hands\-on attitude
Pay: £29,000\.00\-£33,000\.00 per year
