Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.)
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-consistent manner
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to support campaigns
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and competitor activity
- Assist in influencer outreach and partnership coordination
- Support paid social media campaigns and track ROI
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong writing and visual communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, and analytics dashboards
- Understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and engagement strategies
- Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
- Bonus: Experience with video editing or content creation tools
