- Analyzing borrower financial information, repayment capacity, collateral strength, and overall creditworthiness
- Reviewing and validating appraisal reports for accuracy and adherence to established guidelines

- Applying underwriting standards consistently, identifying and mitigating potential risks, maintaining strong documentation practices, and partnering with lending, operations, and risk teams to support timely and high-quality credit decisions
