Job Description:
- Financial Control & Ledger Oversight: Carry out and supervise general accounting procedures, including payroll, sales/purchase ledgers, and VAT returns.
- Credit & Debt Management: Evaluate credit ratings for commercial fleet accounts. Set credit terms, renegotiate payment terms, and manage debt recovery.
- B2B Account Management: Develop and manage commercial business accounts (e.g., local fleet operations, partner trade garages) to optimize financial terms and recurring revenue.
- Software & Inventory Finance: Monitor profit margins for ECU remapping software licenses, diagnostic hardware, and high-performance tuning components.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly profit-and-loss statements, cash-flow projections, and budget reviews for company directors.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure financial practices comply with UK statutory regulations, HMRC guidance, and corporate insurance requirements.
Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
