About the Role
You own delivery on remedial projects worth $500k to $2M - programme, quality, standards compliance and defects prevention. This is a pure delivery seat: the commercial side (variations, claims, WIP) sits with the Project Manager and Contracts Administrator, so you focus on building it right and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Own project delivery: programme, sequencing and resources across your sites
- Own QA and standards compliance: hold points enforced, records audit-ready
- Lead Site Supervisors and crews; set the delivery standard
- Manage engineer, certifier and third-party verification interfaces
- Drive defect-free handovers with a complete QA dossier
Skills Required
- 5+ years running building sites; remedial/facade experience strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of waterproofing, concrete repair and facade standards
- Proven record of on-time, defect-light handovers
- Comfortable running digital programme and QA systems
Desirable
- Trade background or construction management qualification
- Fire safety (passive/active) delivery experience
- Experience on occupied strata buildings
