Lead procurement of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, capital equipment, and services, ensuring timely availability to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate commercial terms, evaluate suppliers, and manage vendor relationships to achieve cost optimization, quality, and delivery performance.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Maintenance, Quality, and Finance teams for procurement planning, inventory optimization, and timely order execution while ensuring ERP compliance.
Monitor supplier performance, conduct vendor audits, manage contracts, resolve supply issues, and ensure adherence to statutory, quality, and company procurement policies.
Drive cost-saving initiatives, localization, strategic sourcing, and continuous improvement while managing procurement KPIs, budgets, MIS reporting, and team development to support business objectives.
