This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership of their work, and is ready to mentor teams while maintaining high standards of quality and client service. <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> You’ll lead survey project delivery while supporting and developing a team of survey professionals. Key responsibilities include: <ul> <li>Project Leadership: Plan, schedule, and manage survey projects to ensure timely, accurate, and on-budget delivery</li> <li>Technical Oversight: Review and prepare survey documents, including ALTA surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and boundary calculations</li> <li>Team Development: Mentor and guide office and field staff, providing coaching and performance feedback</li> <li>Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships while supporting business development initiatives</li> <li>Quality & Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory standards and internal quality expectations</li> <li>Financial Accountability: Monitor budgets, proposals, billing, and project performance</li> </ul> This role may include occasional field work to stay connected to operations and support project needs. <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Licensed Land Surveyor (required)</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Surveying (or equivalent experience)</li> <li>At least 6–10 years of progressive surveying experience, including project oversight</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of boundary, topographic, and construction surveying</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset</li> </ul> <h3>Why This Role</h3> This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact position where your expertise is valued, your leadership makes a difference, and your work directly contributes to successful project outcomes.
