You'll work directly with developers, municipalities, and decision-makers while taking projects from concept through construction.</p> <h3>What You'll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Lead site civil and land development projects throughout the Reno-Sparks market.</li> <li>Design and oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, roadway, and civil infrastructure improvements.</li> <li>Manage projects from due diligence and entitlements through construction.</li> <li>Coordinate permitting and approvals with local municipalities and regulatory agencies.</li> <li>Partner directly with clients to deliver successful residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial developments.</li> <li>Help grow Atwell's presence in one of the West's fastest-growing development markets.</li> </ul> <h3>What We're Looking For</h3> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.</li> <li><strong>Professional Engineer (PE) license.</strong></li> <li><strong>4+ years of civil land development experience.</strong></li> <li>Experience with site development design, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting.</li> <li>Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD.</li> <li>Familiarity with Reno, Sparks, Washoe County, or Northern Nevada permitting processes.</li> <li>Strong project management and client relationship skills.</li> </ul> <h3>Why Atwell?</h3> <ul> <li>Work on projects that directly influence the growth and development of Northern Nevada.</li> <li>Gain visibility and ownership typically reserved for more senior engineers at larger firms.</li> <li>Collaborate with some of the region's most active developers and stakeholders.</li> <li>Join a culture that values entrepreneurial thinking, technical excellence, and career advancement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>If you're a licensed PE who wants to lead impactful land development projects and leave a lasting mark on the Reno region, we'd love to connect.</strong></p> <p><strong>PE license and 4+ years of civil land development experience are required for consideration.</strong></p> <p>#LI-BL1</p> </div> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
