Current projects include oil &amp; natural gas, CO2, hydrogen, and RNG pipelines and facilities.&nbsp; The selected candidate will work to help build our business through industry contacts nationwide.</p> <p>The <strong>Project Manager</strong> will achieve business objectives by developing opportunities, executing project work, and ensuring financial and team success through schedule, cost, and quality leadership.&nbsp; In this role, the selected candidate will be expected to develop and demonstrate proficiency regarding the essential functions of the job found below.</p> <p><em><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Oil and Gas/Hydrocarbons Projects division, setting goals and objectives aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives.</li> <li>Lead the development and execution of project strategies, ensuring alignment with client expectations, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Serve as the primary liaison between the company and key clients, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion.</li> <li>Oversee the financial performance of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to ensure profitability and success.</li> <li>Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the division, leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance project delivery and efficiency.</li> <li>Mentor and develop a high-performing team of project managers and engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>EDUCATION</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.</li> <li>Professional Engineering or Survey license is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>EXPERIENCE</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.</li> <li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.</li> <li>Extensive knowledge and expertise in pipeline and facility design, construction, and operations.</li> <li>Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive business growth and profitability.</li> <li>Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.</li> <li>Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.</li> </ul> <p>Pay Range - $125,000 - $175,000 base, + bonus.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"></span></strong></p> <p><strong>Disclaimer&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>While AI tools may support your application process, this role is built on human talent.
