The work location will be the Pacific Northwest, mainly in Oregon. Our technicians typically will work four to five weeks on with a week off. What You’ll Do <ul> <li>Lead & Mentor: Train and guide entry- to mid-level technicians through formal sessions and on-the-job training (OJT).</li> <li>Test & Inspect: Perform visual/mechanical inspections and electrical testing on standard equipment and circuits, including meter calibrations, electromechanical and solid-state protective relays, and power quality/load monitoring.</li> <li>Deliver Projects: Assist PMs with scheduling, budgeting, and billing; understand contractual scope and initiate Change Order Requests when work exceeds scope.</li> <li>Own the Tools: Oversee upkeep, calibration, and readiness of electrical test equipment; direct staging of tools/materials for efficient execution.</li> <li>Communicate & Report: Flag issues and test failures to clients, recommend corrective actions, and review final test reports and data sheets for submittal.</li> </ul> What You Bring <ul> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong documentation discipline.</li> <li>NETA certification is highly preferred. </li> <li>Clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams.</li> <li>Ability to work independently in the field while coaching others.</li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED.</li> <li>7+ years of relevant electrical field experience.</li> <li>Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and comply with random testing per client requirements.</li> <li>Eligibility to work in the U.S. (E-Verify or comparable government screening).</li> </ul> Pay Range - $40.00 - $75.00 an hour. #LI-TK1<div class="content-conclusion">Atwell Benefits: To attract and retain the best professionals in the industry, we aim to provide an excellent working environment and a progressive benefits program designed to support your personal and professional needs.
