Technical Proficiency: <ul> <li> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrate technical excellence in water resources engineering principles and practices.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Possess expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, surface water management, stormwater design, drainage studies, floodplain analysis, and related water resources projects.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> Project Lifecycle Management: <ol> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Support projects from initial planning and analysis through design, permitting, and construction.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Prepare technical reports, drainage studies, hydraulic/hydrology analyses, design documents, and specifications while coordinating project development efforts.</li> </ul> </ol> Permitting and Regulatory Coordination:: <ol> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Support regulatory permitting efforts and prepare documentation including drainage reports, feasibility studies, master plans, and FEMA CLOMR/LOMR submittals. Coordinate with various agencies and jurisdictions to help streamline approvals and maintain project schedules.</li> </ul> </ol> Client Relationship and Company Growth: <ol> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project partners, and internal teams.</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;">Contribute to the growth of the water resources practice through high-quality project delivery, technical expertise, and support of business development efforts.</li> </ul> </ol> Qualifications:  <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">PE Licensure Required</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">4+ years of relevant work experience </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, StormCAD, or similar software required.</li> </ul>   #LI-JM3  <div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range </div><div class="pay-range">$85,000—$110,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion">Atwell Benefits: To attract and retain the best professionals in the industry, we aim to provide an excellent working environment and a progressive benefits program designed to support your personal and professional needs.
