Job Summary
Aufait Technologies is looking for a UX Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly, and engaging digital experiences for web and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong UX/UI design skills, hands-on experience with Figma, and a good understanding of user-centered design principles.
Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and user needs and translate them into effective UX solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design intuitive and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing when required.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
- Identify usability issues and recommend design improvements.
- Incorporate user and stakeholder feedback into design iterations.
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across digital products.
- Present design concepts and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in UX Design, UI/UX Design, or Product Design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Good understanding of UX principles, user-centred design, and usability.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and UI designs.
- Experience designing web and/or enterprise applications.
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant UX/UI work is required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SaaS or enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
