Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage sales enquiries generated by the marketing team.
- Contact customers promptly to understand their HVAC product requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and technical benefits to customers.
- Prepare and share quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up regularly with customers on submitted quotations and pending enquiries.
- Coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable HVAC solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order status.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery updates.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to generate repeat business.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
