Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Film Producer role based in Singapore. The Film Producer will oversee end-to-end production of film and video projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating creative and technical teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing pre-production activities such as concept development, script planning, logistics, and casting, as well as supervising on-set production to ensure projects meet creative, technical, and brand standards. The role also involves collaborating closely with directors, writers, and designers to translate user-centric and client-focused concepts into compelling visual storytelling. The Film Producer will supervise post-production workflows, including editing, sound, and finishing, and ensure timely delivery of final assets that align with Aleph-Labs’ quality and innovation standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Film Production and Video Production, with experience managing full production cycles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Pre-production, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Post-Production, including working with editors, sound designers, and colorists to finalize deliverables.
- Candidates should possess experience in producing Documentaries or documentary-style content that tells clear, engaging stories.
- Relevant experience working with creative, technical, and design teams within digital or technology-driven environments.
- Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables.
- Knowledge of contemporary film and video production tools, workflows, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
