**About the opportunity**
Join a high\-impact national program delivering the Out of Home (OOH) network, where visibility, rigour and informed decision making are critical to success. As the Risk \& Reporting Analyst, you’ll sit at the centre of the program, providing leadership with clear, timely insights across risk, performance and delivery. This is an opportunity to own how risk and reporting is done in a complex, multi workstream environment and contribute to a program of real operational and customer significance.
**You’ll also**
* Lead program level risk management, maintaining clear, actionable risk and issue registers across all workstreams * Produce high quality performance reporting aligned to key program metrics, governance requirements and executive expectations * Analyse trends and identify risks, issues and opportunities, providing clear insights to support decision making * Support assurance, audit and governance activities, ensuring reporting meets required frameworks and standards * Drive continuous improvement of reporting and risk practices, enhancing transparency, data integrity and early warning indicators

You’re a highly analytical and detail oriented professional who thrives in complex, fast moving environments. You bring an independent and objective mindset, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and surface risks early. You’re forward looking in your approach and enjoy working collaboratively across teams while maintaining a disciplined focus on quality and governance.
**You’ll also**
* Demonstrated experience in risk management, reporting or PMO roles within complex, multi workstream programs * Experience maintaining program level risk and issue registers, ideally within highly visible enterprise initiatives * Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate complex data into clear executive level insights * Excellent written communication and presentation skills, with a high attention to detail * Confidence to challenge incomplete or overly optimistic information, with a strong sense of judgement and risk awareness
