**What You’ll Do**
* Manage and grow key customer accounts across your own region * Build long term relationships * Drive volume and revenue through new business acquisition * Showcase Qatcha’s speed and digital journey * Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial agreements * Conduct regular customer visits, reviews and product presentations * Keep your pipeline sharp and your territory thriving
**Uncapped Monthly Bonus**
Earn monthly on:

**What You Bring**
* Field sales or account management experience * A track record of meeting and exceeding targets * Strong negotiation \& relationship building skills * Commercial awareness and financial understanding * A self‑driven, high‑energy mindset * Full UK driving licence
