Autoleague is seeking a Project Manager to lead AI and automation initiatives across our business.
This role will focus on identifying opportunities for business process engineering, intelligent automation, Agentic AI and AI enablement, helping teams work smarter, reduce manual effort and improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and lead AI, automation and business transformation projects.
- Analyse business processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses and financial models to support investment decisions.
- Evaluate and implement AI agents, workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to redesign processes and improve operational effectiveness.
- Measure benefits, ROI and business outcomes.
About You
- Experience in project management, business transformation, process improvement or operational excellence.
- Strong financial modelling and business case development skills.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical technology and automation solutions.
- Experience delivering automation, digital transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
