Working at the intersection of <strong>SEO</strong>, <strong>Product</strong> and <strong>Engineering</strong>, you'll build scalable technical solutions that drive organic growth across multiple markets.</p> <p><strong>Why this role is unique</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the <strong>Technical SEO roadmap</strong> in a <strong>Product-led</strong> organisation</li> <li>Shape technical standards across multiple websites and markets</li> <li>Partner with <strong>Product</strong> and <strong>Engineering</strong> to influence strategic decisions</li> <li>Drive <strong>AI-powered automation</strong> and modern SEO workflows</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and prioritize the <strong>Technical SEO roadmap</strong> based on impact, effort and business value</li> <li>Define <strong>Technical SEO standards</strong> across <strong>Crawlability</strong>, <strong>Indexability</strong>, <strong>Internal Linking</strong>, <strong>Structured Data</strong> and <strong>Core Web Vitals</strong></li> <li>Partner with <strong>Product</strong> and <strong>Engineering</strong> to deliver scalable technical solutions.</li> <li>Evaluate trade-offs between <strong>SEO</strong>, <strong>UX</strong> and engineering effort</li> <li>Provide technical leadership, reviews and guidance for the Technical SEO team</li> <li>Drive experimentation, monitoring and continuous improvement</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in <strong>Technical SEO</strong> for large websites, platforms or marketplaces</li> <li>Deep expertise in <strong>JavaScript SEO</strong>, <strong>Technical SEO architecture</strong>, <strong>Core Web Vitals</strong> and <strong>Technical SEO best practices</strong></li> <li>Experience working with <strong>Product</strong>, <strong>Engineering</strong> and cross-functional stakeholders</li> <li>Strong prioritization, stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making skills</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Google Search Console</strong>, <strong>SEMrush, SISTRIX,</strong> <strong>Screaming Frog</strong>, <strong>GA4</strong>, <strong>BigQuery</strong> or similar tools</li> <li>Experience using <strong>AI-powered tools</strong> to improve technical SEO workflows</li> <li>Fluent in English</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>A culture of growth</strong></p> <p>With colleagues from over 50 nationalities, we offer an inclusive environment where you can learn, grow and make an impact.</p> <p><strong>Ready to shape the future of Technical SEO?
