Pristine Healthcare Diagnostic Center is a premier multi-department medical facility committed to delivering safe, accurate, efficient, and patient-centered diagnostic services. Our services include Laboratory, Radiology, Cardiology, Primary Care, Vaccination, Home Service, and Corporate Medical Services.
We are looking for a strategic, organized, and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our daily operations, optimize business performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive sustainable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations across all diagnostic and healthcare departments.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, revenues, expenditures, and profitability.
- Develop and strengthen corporate accounts, including APE and PEME partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, PhilHealth requirements, and applicable healthcare standards.
- Lead manpower planning, recruitment, staff development, and performance management.
- Manage clinic facilities, medical equipment, inventory, and supply procurement.
- Improve operational efficiency, patient flow, service quality, and overall patient satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, healthcare partners, and other stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare operations experience in a clinic, diagnostic center, hospital, or similar facility.
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of DOH regulations, PhilHealth protocols, HMO operations, and healthcare quality management systems.
- Proven skills in budgeting, financial monitoring, and Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented, highly organized, and committed to delivering excellent patient care.
