We are currently seeking Senior Metrics and Automation Specialist, responsible for developing, automating, and maintaining cybersecurity metrics, reporting solutions, and analytical capabilities that support data-driven decision making across Enterprise Cyber Security.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, metrics development, automation, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology, cybersecurity, digital, governance, or operational excellence functions.
- Proven track record in developing KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Azure DevOps (ADO) analytics, and Microsoft Excel (including Power Query and Power Pivot).
- Experience with automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively across functions and organizational levels.
- High attention to detail, commitment to data quality, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Preferred: Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, PowerShell, Azure Logic Apps, ServiceNow reporting, API integrations, and RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath).
