Join our I&J Trawling Division in the Waterfront, Cape Town as a SAP PM ADMINISTRATOR and play a key role in managing the planning board for assigned vessels on a daily basis ensuring compliance and deadlines are met resulting in zero errors or defaults from Superintendent and vessel feedback.
Reporting Structure:
- Reports to: Planning Manager
Key Areas of Impact:
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Superintendents.
- Record keeping for both vessel and workshops.
- Providing Administrative Support to Workshop Foreman.
- Ordering of equipment and other resources.
What It Takes to Succeed:
Experience that set you up for success:
- Minimum 5 years maintenance and project planning administrative experience in a workshop or engineering environment.
Qualifications & Certifications that will contribute to your success:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Planning and Maintenance Certificate
Additional Requirements that will enhance your impact for success:
- SAP – Plant Maintenance
- MS Office
- Vessel Systems
- Stores Management (MRP)
