You will work closely with editorial, production, technical, commercial, and research teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

This role is suited to someone who combines strong operational management with an interest in aviation and digital media. You will be expected to coordinate multiple workstreams, improve production processes, maintain delivery standards, and support the continued growth of aviation focused content and media activities.

Why Work With Us?

Industry Focus: You will work in an environment centred on aviation, aerospace, travel, and industry developments.

Operational Ownership: You will have responsibility for important production and publishing workflows across multiple media channels.

Cross Functional Environment: You will work closely with content, production, research, technical, commercial, and partnership teams.

Professional Growth: You will have opportunities to strengthen your experience in media operations, production management, digital publishing, and aviation communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Media Operations: Oversee day to day operational activity across aviation media, digital content, and production workflows.

Production Coordination: Coordinate schedules, recording activities, content preparation, editing requirements, and publishing deadlines.

Content Planning: Work with editorial and production teams to maintain content calendars and ensure planned programmes are delivered on schedule.

Publishing Operations: Support the accurate and timely publication of audio, video, written, and digital content across relevant platforms.

Workflow Management: Review production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and delivery quality.

Team Coordination: Support producers, researchers, editors, contributors, and technical staff by setting clear priorities and monitoring workloads.

Partnership Coordination: Work with commercial and partnership teams to support sponsored content, collaborations, interviews, and industry initiatives.

Performance Monitoring: Track audience, production, publishing, and operational performance using agreed measures and reporting tools.

Quality Control: Ensure published content meets internal standards for accuracy, presentation, consistency, and production quality.

Project Management: Coordinate special programmes, aviation features, industry coverage, and other media projects from planning through delivery.

Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with contributors, aviation professionals, commercial partners, suppliers, and internal teams.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in media operations, digital publishing, content production, broadcast operations, aviation communications, or a related field.

Media Operations Knowledge: Strong understanding of content workflows, production schedules, digital publishing, and multi channel media delivery.

Aviation Interest: Good understanding of or strong professional interest in commercial aviation, aerospace, airlines, airports, or the wider travel industry.

Project Management: Experience coordinating multiple projects, deadlines, contributors, and production requirements at the same time.

Leadership: Experience supporting teams, setting operational priorities, and maintaining consistent delivery standards.

Analytical Skills: Comfortable using performance information, audience data, and operational reporting to support decisions.

Organisation: Excellent planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage several active workstreams.

Stakeholder Skills: Able to communicate effectively with creative teams, technical specialists, industry contributors, partners, and commercial stakeholders.

Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to present operational information clearly and professionally.

Mindset: You are organised, adaptable, commercially aware, and focused on reliable delivery. You know when a production issue requires detailed investigation and when a quick decision is needed to keep content and media operations moving.
