AVM Labs is a growing diagnostic laboratory network supporting healthcare operations across India and the GCC region. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead HR functions, strengthen people management practices, and support organizational growth.
Job Summary
The HR Manager will lead end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing HR functions and leading HR teams in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and hiring strategy across departments.
- HR Operations: Oversee onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee exit formalities.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Performance Management: Drive appraisal cycles, performance reviews, employee development, and succession planning.
- Payroll & Compliance: Ensure applicable compliance with PF, ESI, professional tax, labour laws, and other statutory requirements.
- HR Policies: Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and standard operating processes.
- HR Analytics: Monitor attrition, absenteeism, recruitment performance, workforce costs, and other HR KPIs through MIS reports.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, collaborate with department heads, and advise management on people-related decisions.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 4–7 years of proven experience specifically in an HR Manager role.
- Strong experience in independently managing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR teams and implement HR policies and processes.
- Good knowledge of payroll coordination, PF, ESI, and applicable labour laws.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory services, or multi-location organizations.
- Experience in workforce planning, HR process improvement, and HR analytics.
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: ₹10–15 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.
