Job Description
AVM Traders is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and billing activities.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, billing, basic accounting, and day-to-day financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices and handle day-to-day billing activities.
- Enter sales, purchase, receipt, and payment transactions in Tally.
- Maintain accurate accounts and financial records.
- Handle cash and bank transaction entries.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
- Assist with accounts receivable and payable.
- Reconcile accounts and verify invoices and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper filing of bills and accounting documents.
- Assist with GST-related accounting work and other routine accounting tasks.
- Perform other accounting duties as required.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Experience in billing and accounting.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with relevant experience in a trading/business environment will be preferred.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in accounts and billing preferred. Freshers with good knowledge of Tally may also be considered.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
