We are looking for 2 x Senior Business Analysts to support the delivery of AI initiatives, working across future AI-enabled capabilities. This role will play a critical part in ensuring successful delivery through strong requirements management, stakeholder engagement, testing coordination, business readiness, and implementation support.
Working across business and technology teams, you'll help translate strategic objectives into practical outcomes that enhance member and employee experiences through the adoption of AI-powered solutions.
Some key responsibilities will be to:
- Partner with business stakeholders, delivery teams, technology teams and vendors to define business requirements and solution outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops to understand business needs, processes, pain points and opportunities for AI-enabled improvement.
- Document business requirements, user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria.
- Support solution design activities, ensuring business requirements are clearly articulated and understood.
- Coordinate and support business testing activities, including test planning, defect management and user acceptance testing.
- Lead business readiness activities, including impact assessments, communications, training support and operational transition planning.
- Work closely with product owners, project managers and change teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Identify risks, dependencies and implementation considerations across AI Help initiatives.
- Support benefits realisation by helping measure adoption, effectiveness and business outcomes.
We are looking for the following experience:
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in complex business and technology delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across senior leaders, business teams and technology partners.
- Experience working with AI, Generative AI, digital assistant or knowledge management solutions.
- Experience delivering member, customer or employee experience initiatives.
- Financial services, superannuation or regulated industry experience.
- Experience working within agile and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Demonstrated experience delivering digital, data, automation or AI-related initiatives.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements using agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong business process analysis and process improvement capability.
- Experience supporting UAT and business readiness activities.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate complex concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, workshop facilitation and relationship management skills.
