About the project
We are looking for AI Engineers, Senior AI Engineers and experienced technical leaders to join international teams developing advanced Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients.
The projects focus on building production-ready AI applications, multi-agent systems, advanced RAG solutions and internal AI platforms. The solutions support business processes, including applications in areas such as tax and compliance.
You will have the opportunity to work with modern AI technologies, contribute to architectural decisions and develop scalable solutions in collaboration with experienced engineers, architects and international stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy applications powered by LLMs and Agentic AI.

Build multi-agent systems and AI-driven workflows.

Develop, implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

Integrate AI components with external tools, APIs and business systems.

Contribute to AI platforms and reusable components used across multiple teams.

Ensure the quality, scalability, performance and reliability of production AI solutions.

Collaborate with architects, Data Engineers and business stakeholders.

For senior and lead-level positions, contribute to technical architecture and guide engineering decisions.
Requirements

Strong Python programming skills and experience building production-ready applications.

Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.

Practical knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or similar tools.

Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures.

Experience developing AI agents, orchestrating workflows and integrating external tools.

Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an advantage.

At least 2–3 years of experience in enterprise environments or projects of comparable complexity.

Very good English, allowing effective communication with international technical and business teams.

Strong problem-solving skills, independence and the ability to work collaboratively.
Nice to have

Experience designing enterprise-level AI architectures.

Knowledge of Databricks and AI integration with data platforms.

Experience working with US-based clients or international enterprise projects.

Previous experience as a Tech Lead or AI Architect.

Experience deploying and maintaining multi-agent systems in production.
