About the project
Join an international Tax Technology & Systems Transformation project.
We are looking for a Business Analyst, focused on migrating CIT and Partnership Tax calculations from OneSource Legacy to the new NextGen OneSource platform.
This is more than a standard system migration. You will work across business processes, applications and integrations, helping to prepare the wider technology landscape for the transition.
Your role

Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.

Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and external solution providers.

Analyse existing systems, processes and application dependencies.

Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Support the migration from OneSource Legacy to NextGen OneSource.

Analyse and document integrations between applications.

Identify system dependencies, risks and potential migration issues.

Participate in solution design, testing and implementation.

Support communication between business and technical teams.

Contribute to the successful transition to the new platform.
What we are looking for
-
4–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.

Proven experience in system migration, transformation or enterprise implementation projects.

Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.

Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical requirements.

Good understanding of system integrations and dependencies.

Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Experience working in international, cross-functional environments.
Nice to have

Experience with Corporate Tax / CIT.

Experience in Tax Technology / Tax Transformation.

Background in Finance, Tax or Compliance.
