Responsibilities:

Analyze and map insurance products between systems in close cooperation with the business

Gather requirements from business teams and agree on data mapping rules

Analyze data structures and verify data accuracy using SQL queries
-
Work with the development and testing teams at every stage of implementing changes
Requirements:
-
Experience in the insurance industry and a solid understanding of insurance products
-
Knowledge of group / employee insurance is a plus
-
Hands-on SQL skills (writing queries and analyzing data on your own)
-
Experience in migration or implementation projects
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ease in building relationships with business stakeholders

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
