We are currently looking for an SAP / IT Recruitment Bisiness Consultant to join our team. If you enjoy recruitment, like working with people and want to develop your expertise in the SAP and IT market, we would be happy to meet you.
You will work on a variety of interesting recruitment projects, build long-term relationships with candidates and have a real impact on the growth of our clients' teams. You will also work closely with experienced consultants and recruiters, sharing knowledge and supporting each other on a daily basis.
What will you do?

Recruit IT and SAP specialists for interesting projects across different industries.

Search for and approach candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases and other sourcing tools.

Conduct screening calls and interviews and assess candidates' experience against project requirements.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates.

Take care of the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Build talent pipelines and maintain your network for future projects.

Work closely with Business Consultants and other recruiters to understand project requirements and market availability.

Stay up to date with the IT and SAP recruitment market and continuously develop your knowledge of technologies and roles.

Share market insights and recruitment knowledge with the team.
Who are we looking for?

At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.

Experience recruiting for technical roles and good understanding of the IT market.

Previous experience with SAP recruitment is a strong advantage, but we are also open to recruiters who are motivated to learn the SAP market.

Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

English at B2 level or higher.

Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Independence and a proactive approach to your work.

Openness to learning and developing your knowledge of IT and SAP.
