Role Description The Unit Manager is a full-time role responsible for leading and developing a team of financial advisors within AXA Philippines in Northern Mindanao. This hybrid position combines on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility, focusing on sales management, performance monitoring, and achievement of business targets. Day-to-day tasks include coaching and mentoring team members, conducting regular training sessions, and supporting advisors in client acquisition, needs analysis, and proposal presentation. The Unit Manager oversees activity planning, pipeline management, and compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical sales practices. The role also involves collaborating with branch and regional leadership, organizing local marketing initiatives, and fostering a positive, results-driven team culture aligned with AXA’s values.
Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance oversight of sales or customer-facing teams.
- Sales, business development, or insurance-related experience, including client prospecting, needs analysis, and closing of financial solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly and build long-term client relationships.
- Planning, organization, and analytical skills to manage team activity, track metrics, and drive achievement of sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Northern Mindanao, with strong self-management and accountability in both on-site and remote settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications in insurance or financial planning are an advantage.
- High ethical standards, commitment to compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with AXA’s customer-first values.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools and office software; experience using CRM or sales management systems is a plus.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
