Legal Consultant – Energy / Oil & Gas

About the role

Currently, we're hiring Legal Consultants – Energy, Oil & Gas to join us with: Ideally 4+ years’ experience within the energy, oil & gas space, gained either within private practice or in house The responsibilities for this role will include: Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to help internal stakeholders meet company goals Providing practical legal advice / commercially tailored support on a wide spectrum of energy / oil & gas related matters Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a variety of agreements in relation to bids and tenders, new market entries, project financing, EPC contracts and other operational issues Ensuring compliance to the regulatory framework, while maintaining and updating documentation on regulatory requirements Manage and resolve complex joint-venture obligations in the company’s interest to mitigate potential claims and risks Axiom is a leader in diversity, inclusion, and social engagement.
