**What you will do:**
* Lead the realization of utility\-scale BESS projects in Germany from contract signature through commissioning and handover to operations * Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and recovery plans to ensure successful and timely delivery * Coordinate EPC contractors, suppliers, grid operators, authorities, and internal stakeholders across engineering, legal, finance, and operations * Oversee construction interfaces, technical documentation, permitting activities, and grid connection readiness * Drive HSE compliance, quality inspections, commissioning activities, and resolution of technical or contractual issues * Provide transparent reporting on KPIs, milestones, budgets, risks, and project progress while promoting continuous improvement and Axpo standards **What you bring \& who you are:**
* Degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or energy engineering, or a comparable technical qualification * Experience managing large\-scale renewable energy or infrastructure projects, ideally within BESS, grid connection, or energy projects * Strong understanding of contract management, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery processes * Structured, solution\-oriented, and independent way of working with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment * Strong communication and collaboration skills in international and cross\-functional teams * Fluent English and German skills; ideally, knowledge of another European language
