Core Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Oversee site build-outs, fit-outs, or manufacturing operations from start to finish. Create detailed timelines, track milestones, and ensure brand standards are strictly met.
- Resource & Team Management: Delegate daily tasks, manage junior project teams, and supervise contractor personnel.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Perform periodic site inspections to ensure strict compliance with fire safety, electrical, and local zoning regulations. Generate and clear snag/punch lists before final project handover.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, verify contractor bills for completed work, and prevent cost overruns.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with landlords, designers, procurement, and external vendors. Lead progress-review meetings and compile status reports.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Typically 10-20+ years for a Head/Senior Manager role in project execution, construction, or retail fit-outs.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ProjectManager.com, MS Project, or SAP/ERP tools).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, team motivation, cross-functional leadership, and vendor negotiation abilities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
