AEM + React Developer

About the Role
AZIST is looking for an experienced AEM + React Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), React, and modern web development.
The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable, component-based digital experiences using AEM and developing modern React front-end applications. You should also have a good understanding of HTML, CSS, .NET/API development, cloud environments, and modern developer productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and React.
- Build reusable and scalable AEM Components and work with Experience Fragments.
- Apply strong knowledge of AEM fundamentals, including content authoring, templates, workflows, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and component-based development.
- Design and develop modern, responsive front-end applications using React / TypeScript.
- Develop and maintain reusable React components with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work with HTML5 and CSS3 to create responsive and accessible web experiences.
- Integrate AEM and React applications with REST APIs, .NET/C# services, third-party SaaS platforms, and external systems.
- Collaborate with backend developers on .NET / C# APIs and integrations.
- Deploy and support applications in Azure cloud environments and work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, releases, and monitoring.
- Participate in code reviews and follow front-end and software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, marketing, content, and engineering teams.
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, story delivery, and retrospectives.
- Leverage modern AI-powered developer productivity tools to improve development efficiency and engineering workflows.
- Explore and utilize tools such as GitHub Copilot CLI, custom AI agents, and other Copilot/AI-assisted development capabilities where appropriate.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in front-end development / digital experience platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong understanding of AEM Components, Experience Fragments, templates, workflows, DAM, and AEM fundamentals.
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Solid experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
- Good understanding of responsive web development and modern front-end practices.
- Experience with .NET / C# and REST API development or integration.
- Experience integrating AEM/React applications with APIs and third-party platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps, including CI/CD and release management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience using modern AI/Copilot-based developer productivity tools is highly desirable.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS).
- Experience with Marketo or marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with Copilot CLI, custom agents, or AI-assisted development workflows.
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry or Copilot Studio.
- Experience working with enterprise digital experience platforms and marketing technologies.

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
