Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer – Node.js with 3+ years of professional
experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and REST
APIs. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Node.js,
TypeScript/JavaScript, databases, API development, and server-side application
development, along with practical experience in AWS or Linux production environments.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
● Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs.
● Implement business logic, validations, authentication, and authorization.
● Design and optimize relational and/or NoSQL databases.
● Develop reusable and maintainable backend services.
● Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
● Implement payment gateways, webhooks, email, SMS, and notification services.
● Develop background jobs, scheduled tasks, and queue-based processing.
● Implement proper error handling, logging, and monitoring.
● Optimize API performance, database queries, and server-side processes.
● Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
● Write unit and integration tests.
● Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
● Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product teams.
● Deploy and maintain applications in AWS/Linux server environments.
