Summary:
Badger State Maintenance's Field Supervisors, argutely the most important position in our organization provides a series of tasks leading a team of people collectively to complete our projects on budget, on time and completed correctly all while maintaining Badger State Maintenance’s professional standards.
Role and Responsibilities

Directs crew & activities on the job site.

Accountable for crews production rates, and material budgets & Accountability Chart.

Communicates schedule changes to Project Manager or additional resources required to complete the job on budget.

Tracks and records all job expenses including clocking in crew and populating photos in live time via LMN.

Maintains a clean, organized and safe job site including equipment and vehicle(s).

Ensures that all installation work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards.

Regular communication with our clients & Production Manager(s).

Proficient heavy equipment operating skills including skid steer and mini excavator specifically finish grading by using harley rake, rockhound and similar attachments.

Good time management skills; Willingness to work long hours as needed.

Ensures diggers hotline locates are valid prior to excavation.

Completes 4 @ 4 daily.

Trains & Develops Crew Members & Lead Crew Members.

Ability to put run a crew that performs $700,000-$1,200,000 in billable revenue per year.
