Job Overview
Badiya Brand is looking for a Business Development Executive to support our sales team. The role includes finding potential clients, conducting meetings, explaining digital marketing services, and managing follow-ups
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, field visits, references, and other sales activities
- Connect with potential B2B clients and understand their requirements
- Conduct client meetings and present digital marketing services
- Follow up with prospects and maintain client communication
- Maintain lead, meeting, and follow-up records
- Work towards assigned sales and lead-generation goals
- Coordinate with the internal team for client onboarding
- Share regular updates with the reporting manager
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic sales and negotiation skills
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings
- Willingness to learn digital marketing services
- Ability to work with assigned goals and deadlines
Eligibility
- 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream
- Experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales is preferred
- Freshers with good communication and sales interest can also apply
