Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress and other content management systems to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
- Implement technical SEO strategies including metadata optimization, site structure improvements, and schema markup to boost search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for targeted search terms to increase organic traffic.
- Utilize SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and SEMrush to analyze website performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Perform conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance user engagement and achieve business goals through A/B testing and data analysis.
- Manage link building campaigns and social media integration to strengthen online authority and brand presence.
- Monitor website health using Google Tag Manager, web analytics reporting, and SEO analysis tools; troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and site speed.
- Develop comprehensive SEO campaigns aligned with overall digital marketing strategies to improve visibility on search engines and e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with content creators to optimize on-page elements such as headings, images, metadata, and internal linking for maximum SEO impact.
- Stay current with industry trends in SEO, web development, and digital marketing to continuously refine strategies.
Experience
- Proven experience in web development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress platform management.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO practices including site architecture, crawlability, indexing, metadata optimization, and schema markup.
- Hands-on experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Demonstrated success in executing SEO campaigns that resulted in measurable improvements in search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Knowledge of conversion optimization techniques along with experience in web analytics reporting to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels including SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media management, and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to analyze data from various sources to inform strategy adjustments and improve overall website performance.
