**About the Role**
Bayfield Food Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and versatile **Creative Designer** to support the company's branding and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong design, branding, and video editing skills, with the ability to create engaging visual content across digital and print media. The role requires a proactive individual capable of independently managing both static and motion design projects while ensuring brand consistency.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design engaging creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing. * Create brochures, catalogues, product packaging, labels, presentations, banners, and other marketing collaterals. * Develop carousel posts, infographics, promotional materials, and branding assets. * Create motion graphics, animated creatives, GIFs, and motion posters. * Edit promotional videos, product videos, event highlights, and corporate films. * Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials. * Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, R\&D, and other stakeholders to deliver creative requirements within timelines. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and creativity.
Technical Skills (**Mandatory)**
* Adobe Photoshop * Adobe Illustrator * Adobe InDesign * Adobe After Effects * Adobe Premiere Pro * DaVinci Resolve
**Preferred**
* Figma * Canva * Basic photography and videography * Basic UI/UX design knowledge
**Desired Profile**
* 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and video editing. * Strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, packaging, and motion design projects. * Experience in FMCG, Food \& Beverage, HoReCa, or manufacturing industries is preferred. * Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling skills. * Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Pay: From ₹20,000\.00 per month
