Overview
Baysek Solutions is seeking a Technical Drafter / Documentation Specialist to create, update, and maintain technical documentation for our industrial machinery. The primary focus of this position will be developing accurate, easy-to-understand manuals, assembly instructions, and production drawings. The ideal candidate will also have solid mechanical drafting and 3D CAD skills to support these responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain parts, operator, and service manuals.
- Develop clear assembly instructions and procedures.
- Prepare detailed parts drawings and production prints.
- Create machine footprints and equipment layout drawings.
- Maintain and update technical documentation as machine designs change.
- Develop technical bulletins, service instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
- Utilize 3D CAD software to create, modify, and work with parts and mechanical assemblies.
Experience
- Experience in technical drafting and mechanical documentation.
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software.
- Ability to work with 3D models, mechanical assemblies, and detailed drawings.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Technical writing experience is a plus, particularly with equipment manuals and service documentation.
- Preferred Background: Industrial Machinery, mechanical drafting, manufacturing documnetation or equipment assembly
Pay: $55,000.00 - $68,500.00 per year
