Part-Time Schedule:
- Typically daylight hours- 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM
- 4 days/week Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for essential life skills, including community engagement, meal planning, financial literacy, and use of public transportation.
- Provide support in identifying career aspirations, conducting job searches, and preparation for applying for jobs and interview participation.
- Provide job coaching to help individuals master tasks, understand workplace culture, and meet employer expectations.
- Use BCRC’s software program to document and maintain accurate records of participant progress and goal achievement.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
