Key Responsibilities:
- Strategise engaging and informative content for social media platforms (both organic and paid).
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
- Formulate content calendars and content decks for brands focusing on social media.
- Learn and devise strategies for performance marketing creatives. Analyse the hook rates, hold rates and conversion rates and recommend the optimum creative types and communication.
- Monitor social media channels for industry news, trends, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and content performance.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in social media management.
- Outstanding writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
