**Key Responsibilities:**
* Strategise engaging and informative content for social media platforms (both organic and paid). * Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic. * Formulate content calendars and content decks for brands focusing on social media. * Learn and devise strategies for performance marketing creatives. Analyse the hook rates, hold rates and conversion rates and recommend the optimum creative types and communication. * Monitor social media channels for industry news, trends, and competitor activities. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals. * Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and content performance. * Keep up\-to\-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. * At least 4\-5 years of experience in social media management. * Outstanding writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. * Deep understanding of social media platforms and their best practices. * Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently. * Creative thinking and problem\-solving skills.
