Job Description
Sportstech is looking for a Creative & Localization Designer to join our growing in-house Performance Marketing team.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality, conversion-focused advertising creatives across Google, Microsoft Bing, and Meta, including static images, motion graphics, and short-form videos.
A key part of the role is adapting and localizing creative assets for German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Dutch markets using AI-powered creative and translation tools while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Create performance marketing creatives across static, motion, and short-form video formats.
- Develop campaign assets for Google PMax, Shopping, Demand Gen, Microsoft Bing, and Meta.
- Localize and adapt creatives for DE, FR, IT, ES, and NL markets using AI translation and creative tools.
- Review localized assets for language accuracy, tone, layout, and overall visual quality.
- Convert campaign briefs into conversion-focused creatives with clear hooks, USPs, and CTAs.
- Create assets according to platform specifications, including square, portrait, landscape, and video formats.
- Use AI-powered image/video generation, background editing, resizing, and translation tools to efficiently create multiple variations.
- Maintain consistency across branding, typography, colours, logos, and product presentation.
- Manage creative files, naming conventions, versioning, and asset libraries.
- Create multiple creative variations to support ongoing testing and performance optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, advertising creative, paid social, paid search, or a similar design role, preferably within e-commerce.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva and/or Figma.
- Experience creating both static and motion-based advertising creatives.
- Practical experience using AI creative and localization tools, including generative image/video and AI translation.
- Basic video editing skills for short-form advertising content.
- Understanding of advertising platform specifications, formats, aspect ratios, safe zones, and text limitations.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with multiple localized creative versions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating creatives for Meta Ads, Google Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Understanding of how advertising creatives influence campaign performance.
- Familiarity with UGC-style and short-form paid social content.
- Knowledge of German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience in sports, fitness, consumer goods, or e-commerce is a plus.
